Limited editions
Images from the projects are for sale in limited editions of 7 + 3 AP's. The customer receives a corresponding warranty label, numbered, dated and signed. All orders are produced based on customer specifications. This applies to material, framing and size.
How to inquire
You can inquire about photographs and books directly on this website:
Open a gallery and tick the circle on a thumbnail, or choose “Add to selection” in the enlarged view. “Inquire” below the large photo adds the current photo and opens your selection right away.
Collect as many photographs as you like, from this or any other gallery. Your selection stays at the bottom of the screen while you browse.
Choose “Review & inquire”, add a note on size or frame if you like, and send the inquiry with your name, e-mail address and message.
For a book, use the “Inquire” button below the book.
Bettina Hermann will get back to you personally with information about size, edition, technique, price and terms of payment. We can also manufacture according to your specifications upon request. You are of course welcome to write to bettinahermann[at]pawlok.com as well.
If you order with the necessary details you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and an invoice. The contract is effective.
Delivery
The goods will be delivered within 2 weeks after payment of the order with no obligation for the delivery period. Our liability ends with the delivery of the goods by postal or parcel service.
Payment
Advanced payment is required without any discount. We only accept payment by bank transfer in Euros to our stated bank account.
Data protection
Personal information about customers is solely used in connection with the buying process and never given to a third party. By placing an order the customer accepts that we receive and store personal data on our systems. Details sent with an inquiry are stored only to answer it and deleted once it is settled, at the latest after 12 months.
Final clause
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply hereto. In the event that the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany when entering into the contract, the place of residence of the photographer is agreed as being the place of jurisdiction.
